In order to offer you complete satisfaction, we have set up a simple and efficient return policy.

Here are the 4 cases of return:

1. You want to cancel or modify your order


We process orders that you place quickly, usually within 12 hours. For this reason, you have 12 hours after placing your order to send a cancellation or modification e-mail on our contact form. After this time, your items will probably have been shipped.


2. You have not received your package


Our delivery times are 7 to 10 working days.

If you do not receive your item within 28 days, please contact us to report the non-receipt of the item.

3. You have received your item but you are not satisfied with it.


Don't worry! You can return your item up to 14 days after receipt.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Here's how to do it in 3 steps:

1. Contact the Help Desk to let them know you are making a return.
2. Print and fill out the return form that was emailed to you.
3. Send your item(s) with the form to the address we will email you.

The item(s) must be returned in perfect condition, either in its (their) original packaging or in another packaging. If the item is damaged, our customer service department may refuse to accept the return, replacement or refund as the item will no longer be considered new. If the item has been misused, it will not be refunded.

After receiving the item in our warehouse, we will refund the total amount of your purchase (cost of the item + shipping) in the form of a voucher. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.



4. You have received your item but it arrived damaged


It can happen that your package is shaken during the delivery and that your article arrives broken.

In this case or in case of a design defect, please contact us with the following details:

1. Your order number
2. The description of the problem (incorrect / defective item, ...)
3. A picture or a video

You don't need to send the product back and we will refund you directly the amount of your order in the form of a voucher.
