Delivery times

Our delivery times are 7 to 10 days*.

We work directly with the producers. We have no intermediary and this allows us to offer you really competitive prices compared to what you could find in a physical store.

 

What happens once I have validated my order?

You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.

We take care of shipping your order within 24/48 hours.

 

How do I track my order?

You will receive a second email once your item has been shipped.

On it is a link to the Order Tracking, with an automatic connection of your personal identifiers.

You can also go to this page directly from a web browser and manually insert your identifiers (email + order number).

 

What if I am not available on the day of delivery?

Packages delivered by mail generally do not require a countersignature.

The few packages delivered by professional carriers sometimes require a countersignature upon receipt.

If this is the case and you are not present at the time of delivery, a card will be issued in your mailbox

containing information on the procedure to follow.

 

What is our return and refund policy?

If you change your mind, you can return your order. Returns can be arranged simply by sending us an email on our contact form.

Special case of multi-item orders

Since we work with different producers, if you have ordered several items, they will arrive at your home in different packages.

Again, this cuts out the middleman to gather your order, which translates into competitively priced items!

If you receive a parcel with part of your order, it is perfectly normal and you just have to wait for the second parcel.
